 Exclusive to Angel Refrigeration these Everlasting Meat Store Ageing Cabinets provide the correct balance of temperature, humidity and air flow whilst controlling bacteria levels during the meat ageing process.

The Classic Meat Store provides a simple, reliable and safe storage environment for ageing meat. Offered with both stainless steel and glass single and double doors, these professional dry agers are easy to use, clean and install.

When using the Classic Meat Store Ageing cabinet for red meat, the temperature should be set +1°C to +3°C where it is consistently temperature controlled by the energy efficient system with the option of a high or low humidity.

Constructed from high grade stainless steel, internally and externally, all our Meat Ageing cabinets have the strength and capacity to hold from 125kg meat per door, and are fitted with: 


  • Temperature management between -2°C and +10°C
  • High/low humidity management between 75% and 85%
  • 2 x heavy duty interchangeable stainless steel hanging bars per door
  • 4 x heavy duty, 650mm deep stainless steel shelves per door
  • 1 x stainless steel removeable drip trays for easy cleaning per
  • Rapid temperature recovery system
  • UV bulb to reduce microbial spoilage
